About us

Established by Committee for Ballarat in 2005 Leadership Ballarat & Western Region supports Committee for Ballarat's objective of building a sustainable, connected and responsive community by developing community leadership capacity.

The LBWR program provides community-based learning opportunities, professional development and networking opportunities, focusing on the head, heart and hand of community leadership.

With a graduate base of more than 320 people LBWR alumni are committed to shaping the future of our regional community by volunteering their services and time as active citizens.
